Our policies are intended to ensure that every student receives the highest quality of dance and performing arts education. Our mission to guide and inspire our dancers also encourages leadership, respect, and discipline—these principles are vital for success in the arts.

Mini Level:

COSTUME FEES
A $60 non-refundable costume deposit (per class, unless otherwise specified) is due by November 1. Shining Stars classes only require one deposit. The remaining costume balance of $25 (per class) is due by February 1.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS
An informational newsletter will be emailed at the beginning of each month. Please be sure to check your email regularly, read the newsletters carefully, and ask questions.
BULLETIN BOARD
Information on all activities will be posted on our bulletin board. Miss a newsletter? The most current one will also be posted here. Please check the board periodically for updated information.

HOLIDAY BREAKS
The studio will be closed for the observance of the following holidays during the 2023/2024 season:
Thanksgiving: November 17–26
Christmas: December 19–January 1
Easter: March 22–31
SNOW DAYS
In the event of inclement weather, the studio may choose to cancel classes. Since the roads are often clear by the afternoon, we may choose to remain open even though schools may have closed. Everyone will be notified by email and the Remind App, and we will post updates on our social media.
